Our team follow necessary COVID protocol to ensure patient safety. Our vehicles are sanitized after each ride. 

YES, children 13 and under will need to be accompanied  by an adult. If there are special circumstances, please contact driver or provider ahead.

Children 14-17 may travel without an adult and a consent form must be on file.

• NO-   This service is paid through your insurance provider. 

 Insurance: Your fee is billed through a third party (insurance provider such as Medicaid) and is prepaid according to your appointment location.
